Testimonials from the NDMU survey:

The program introduced me to new ways of thinking and took me out of my comfort zone. I also can’t stress enough how valuable it was to go through the program with the rest of the group and to build business and personal ties. I believe that those ties will allow this group to function more effectively in the future as we work on future projects.

One of my favorite parts about this program was having the opportunity to meet and learn with others from throughout the agency. In my role, I do not get to interact as much as I would like with my peers, so having the chance to talk with them and hear what is impacting them in their work was very helpful and made me feel more connected to the agency
