Health Workshop Facilitator - My Sister's Place Women's Center

Position description

My Sister's Place Women's Center is looking for trained individuals to instruct workshops on health topics. We ask for a commitment of a 4-6 week series of classes and that each session last no longer than an hour and a half. Topics of interest include: Cancer, Diabetes, Arthritis, HIV/AIDS, Addictions, Cholesterol, and Foot Problems/Care.

Hours or times of day volunteers are needed: Flexible: 7:00am - 7:00pm, 7 days a week.

Special skills required or recommended for this position: Instructors must be trained and qualified to distribute information on the health topic. Commitment of a 4-6 week series of classes with sessions that last no longer than an hour and a half.
