ESL Classroom Assistant for Immigrant Youth (Esperanza Center)
This position is suitable for:
Help immigrant youth in Baltimore learn English at the Esperanza Center! Through Esperanza's Youth ESL program you will get the chance to help a great number of young (6th through 12th grade) students improve their English. As a volunteer, you can assist one of our ESL teachers with lessons, assignments, activities and games. Occasionally you may sit with specific students to help them catch up or work on something with which they are struggling.

Hours or times of day volunteers are needed: Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00 to 6:00 PM (January 9 through June 7)
Special skills required or recommended for this position: Volunteers should have a command of the English language (no additional language skills required)
