Villa Maria School Harford County CampusWelcome to the Home of the Hawks!Welcome to Villa Maria School of Harford County's Home Page. We hope you will find this page worthy to bookmark for its timely information and its relevancy. We hope the links and information will grow in time. We hope for the web page to replace "mailed messages" from the principal. Time will tell! We are very proud of our school and our students in grades kindergarten though eight who face social and behavioral challenges and mild to moderate learning disabilities. From its self-contained elementary classes to its departmentalized instruction in the middle grades, to our amazing array of student services, Villa Maria School has implemented cutting-edge educational programs that have paid off in exceptionally high student progress in therapeutic services and academics. Students are referred to us by the local public school systems. Villa Maria is a school where "everybody knows your name." Our students never disappoint when called upon to contribute their time and talents to many worthy causes. Our teachers, support staff, administrators and therapists recognize that adolescents face many pressures in today's society, and we encourage students to take advantage of a wide range of programs that address making good decisions in dealing with life's challenges, peer pressure, and modeling good behavior and mentoring younger students. Villa Maria enjoys incredibly great support from parents, community members, and our local school systems as well. It is through everyone working together that we provide the optimal environment for our students to learn, grow, and build skills and friendships that will last a lifetime. I enjoy serving as the principal of Villa Maria School of Harford County, and I invite you to contact me with any questions or concerns through a phone call (410.297.4100), email or visit. Read our anti-bullying policy here. Sincerely, Rick Frank, Principal |
