Mrs. Almeida earned her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Music Education from Towson University. In addition to teaching, she conducts the school chorus, which performs several concert yearly, both on and off-campus. Although she came to Villa Maria in 2007, Mrs. Almeida has been teaching music since 1980 in settings that varied from elementary to high school. She also plays piano for private parties. She is most rewarded by knowing that the music she teaches her students will be remembered for a lifetime.
