Rehabilitation and Nursing

Catholic Charities has two state-of-the-art facilities offering long-term care, nursing, and rehabilitation services:

• The Neighborhoods at St. Elizabeth, a 162-bed nursing center that provides a comprehensive array of rehabilitation and nursing services with compassion, excellence and integrity.  Our person centered care encourages elders to make choices in every aspect of daily living, enabling each elder to achieve his or her highest potential. 

• The Green House Residences at Stadium Place: We will be opening four new residences for elders at Stadium Place in the Spring of 2012. These new homes are based on the Green House® model of elder-centered long-term care. Each home will occupy a full floor of a four story building that is currently under construction.  In our Green House Residences, elders will receive a high level of personalized and professional medical care and support with daily living, without feeling that their lives are being disrupted or overtaken.
