This 22nd senior housing community opened in February of 2011. Catholic Charities Senior Housing at Our Lady of Fatima II is located in East Baltimore, on Kane Street near East Pratt Street, adjacent to the Our Lady of Fatima I senior community and the Our Lady of Fatima church. The community is just across from the Anchor Square shopping center and one block from Eastern Avenue. Shopping, places of worship, the library, two senior centers and recreational activities are located nearby.

The on-site Service Coordinator provides information and referral services and educational and wellness programs for all residents of Our Lady of Fatima.
