Skilled nursing care focuses on maintaining the highest level of health possible. Through an individualized restorative plan, we support what elders wish to do and enjoy.

Our rehabilitation program is an interdisciplinary approach that involves elders in a plan of care aimed at optimal health. The program helps elders return home, or move to a less intense program of care following surgery, illness or injury.

Our hospice care supports both the elders and their families. Our goal is to maintain comfort with an emphasis on physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Life enrichment programs add to elders' quality of life through an array of creative events, music outreach and entertainments, with frequent outings and in-room activities. We aim to energize elders in body, mind and spirit.

Memory care is provided through our Noah’s Place Neighborhood, where a team of trained professionals support elders with an emphasis on their unique needs and preferences. Noah's Place also includes a beautiful secure outdoor space for the enjoyment of elders and their families.  

Pastoral Care
