Pastoral Care at St. Ann's Adult Day Program

Pastoral Care Associate Marcy Gollery

The Bible study session that Marcy leads at 1:15 on Wednesdays at St. Ann is based on the Gospel reading for the week.  Marcy says that her group of elders really knows their scripture. “I give and they give to me”—the learning goes both ways.  Marcy brings 30 years of teaching experience in Catholic Schools and her work in pastoral care at Frederick Villa to her ministry with the Jenkins Community. The teacher comes out in Marcy when she puts the readings in a historical context then relates them to everyday life. She and her group believe that if you want answers, you can go to the scriptures for answers. Marcy finds fulfillment and satisfaction in her work with the elders at St. Ann who are very involved with their faith and witness to how the Lord is present in their lives.

Mass is celebrated weekly at St. Ann. 

Bible Study is held on Wednesdays.

Spiritual support and guidance is available for elders, their families and staff.

Reconciliation is available upon request.
