"After ten years of working in Human Resources, primarily for administrative recruitment in retirement living settings, I’m excited to be back recruiting direct care staff for all areas of the Jenkins Senior Living Community including nursing, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, as well as administrative and professional positions. One aspect of my job that I look forward to is chatting with the elders in our programs on a regular basis. They always make me smile regardless of any concerns or worries they may have. They also give me insight into recruiting the dedicated staff that we need to promote and live our mission to serve our elders with compassion, excellence and integrity. Another important part of my job is to support our staff and understand their needs on the job. I know that if I can do that, they will be able to give one hundred percent of their time and attention to the elders whom we are all here to serve."
