Mark's Story

After years of struggling with a drug and alcohol addiction, Mark made the decision to change his life. He knew that he would need to build a strong foundation to ensure his sustained recovery. Christopher Place Employment Academy has provided Mark with a network of support and resources that have given him the strength to reconnect with his family and to learn what it takes to build a successful future. Mark attributes his achievements to the comprehensive nature of the program and to the variety of classes giving him not only the skills, but the self-confidence to succeed.

Mark says that his family is very proud of him. Today, he has new goals, motivation and is more determined that ever. Mark has recently started a new job as a security guard and is looking forward to finding a home here in Baltimore.
