Bill McCarthy Honorary Grand Marshal of St. Patrick's Day Parade

Catholic Charities Executive Director Bill McCarthy was the Honorary Grand Marshal of the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in downtown Baltimore on Sunday, March 14. Catholic Charities staff marched behind a banner honoring Bill. It was a thrilling day for Bill, his family and Catholic Charities.
