Villa Maria Continuum Accreditations
![]() Villa Maria Continuum proudly holds accreditation from the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and the Council of Accreditation. These accreditations require that Villa Maria Continuum programs comply with rigorous standards that are used by a team of examiners to evaluate the quality and safety of our programs. Accredited by the Joint Commission since 1987, we have earned the highest level of accreditation possible in our past 6 triennial surveys, spanning the seventeen years. In 2003, Villa Maria Continuum earned accreditation through the Council on Accreditation, an agency that accredits child welfare and mental health agencies across the nation. ![]() "I congratulate Villa Maria Continuum for its leadership and innovation in serving its clients and the community. Villa Maria Continuum is a national model of what we need to do to help families." - Senator Barbara A. Mikulski Villa Maria Continuum is the first behavioral health organization to receive the U.S. Senate Productivity Award.
