Provides mental health assessments and recommendations for children entering the child welfare system in Baltimore City.
Our Purpose
We strive to provide a timely, quality comprehensive evaluation of mental and emotional health of all referred individuals. Through assessing all individuals strengths and needs using various tools, we can provide a comprehensive diagnosis based upon the criteria of the DSM-5. We strive to provide timely recommendations to the Baltimore City DSS worker to improve the mental health care of children in care.
Location
Who We Serve
We serve children entering the child welfare system in Baltimore City. Children in this position are often in a very vulnerable place, may have endured trauma or may be in need of some therapy as they undergo life changes.
