Many Catholic Charities programs offer in-home support services. Select from the list below for more information.
Bridges to Success - Provides delinquency prevention services to children with severe behavioral problems, such as truancy, running away, and uncontrollable behavior. The program is available only to Harford County residents and participants must meet screening criteria. Contact Ed Lenahan at 410.676.4002 for more information.
Home-Based and Overnight Respite Program - Provides respite for families in the family’s home or community, permitting the caretaker to attend to other demands. In-Home Intervention Program - Provides intensive in-home intervention to empower families, divert children/youth from hospitalization or residential treatment placement, and to maintain children in their homes. Anne Arundel County and Prince Georges County Hospitalization Diversion Program - Provides in-home and 24 hour crisis intervention to children and families to help them remain in the community. Eligible participants must be Anne Arundel County or Prince Georges County residents enrolled in a public mental health system and eligible for targeted case management.
