Fees
Our office provides immigration consultations to anyone who lives in Maryland or has an immigration case with the Immigration Court in Baltimore. Individuals need to call our office at 410-534-8015 for consult appointments or work shops.
The fee for consults is $60. If the individual is unable to pay, he or she can speak with the lawyer about the situation, though no one is turned away solely for inability to pay.
If our office has worked on and completed a case for you, you must return for a consult before we can begin any new cases for you. If you are unsure, call to verify. If you have only consulted with our office in the past but we did not represent you before the Department of Immigration, you must call for a consult in order for us to answer new questions or begin a new case for you.
Please note that because of financial constraints we are limited in the number of cases we can accept. However, we are providing consultations because we believe it is important that you understand your situation and so that we can evaluate and discuss the immigration options that are available to you.
