My name is Luis Cambisaca. I am 23 years old and I am from Ecuador. I came to the U.S.A. four years ago. I have been living here in Baltimore for 3 years.

I have been visiting the Esperanza Center for two years. When I started to visit there, they always made me feel welcome. The ladies are very caring; they understand how we feel when we are immigrants from other countries. I had many experiences at the Esperanza Center. I have met many new people from many different countries. I am very grateful for all the opportunities they have given me.

My favorite food is ceviche. I enjoy eating it after I finish playing volleyball with my friends. We meet in our free time. I also enjoy meeting my friends to cook together. My favorite color is red, one of the color on my country’s flag. This is my little story about Luis.
