A Kinship Care Navigator can connect you with:
Financial assistance resources
Support for housing
Child care Resources
Health care services
Legal services
Support groups
Behavioral/mental health services
Educational advocates
Kinship Care means 24-hour a day care and supportive services to a minor child in the home of a relative by blood or marriage. Kinship Care families may or may not have a formal connection with the Department of Social Services.
Anytime!
If you have questions or are overwhelmed with your challenges as a caretaker, feel free to call.
