At Catholic Charities’ Center for Family Services, treatment foster parents open their homes to Inspire Lifetimes for generations to come. Offering support, stability, and a connection to family, our treatment foster parents inspire the lives of Maryland’s youth and families every day.

It takes very special individuals to engage and encourage youth to reach for their full potential, especially children who have faced the challenges of neglect, often abuse, and separation from family. Our staff and treatment foster parents are committed to strengthening Maryland’s communities, working together with birth parents and other relatives to teach our youth to become responsible members of the community and providing permanency through adoption in many instances.

Consider joining our team of dedicated professionals and loving families. For more information on how you too can Inspire a Lifetime through treatment foster parenting, email families@cc-md.org, call 410-685-2363 or click here to find upcoming dates of our informational sessions where you can learn more about becoming a treatment foster parent at Catholic Charities.

As part of National Foster Care Awareness month, our Inspire A Lifetime Open House on May 23rd featured our Inspire A Lifetime Family Recruitment Campaign. Thank you to all who participated to support our TFC programs and make the event successful. To recap, combined we had twelve prospective and current treatment foster parents attend the open house.  One of the greatest moments of the open house was to see current foster parents encouraging prospective parents and being available to discuss what it is truly like to be a Treatment Foster Parent at Catholic Charities. Likewise, to have the interaction across all levels of staff and foster parents was phenomenal!
